Returns & Refunds

Product Returns

In case your purchase doesn’t meet your satisfaction for any reason, you have the option to return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. All products returned must be in unused condition and in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Procedure for Returns

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our customer service team at sales@invoguefit.com to secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you’ve obtained an RMA number, please package the item securely in its original packaging and dispatch your return to the following address:

Reimbursement Procedure
Upon receipt and after assessing the condition of your item, we will issue a refund to the credit / debit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.

Please allow a minimum of seven (7) days from when we receive your item for your refund to be processed. Your credit card company may require 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. We will send you an email notification once we have processed your refund.

The bag is pretty big and spacious. It’s able to fit my ipad pro 2020 12.9 inch and more. It does smell a bit fishy but it’s not that noticeable if you spray some disinfectant spray. I was experimenting with how I’d set up my bag before I DIYed a background and more. The bag also came quicker than expected. I think it took a week or less.

es súper lindo, aunque el color es más brillante en persona. Viene con su correa adicional y los cierren no se atascan, sólo el de bolsillo exterior. Huele un poco mal pero no es nada grave. Me quedo feliz con mi compra 💕💕
