Returns & Refunds

Product Returns

In case your purchase doesn’t meet your satisfaction for any reason, you have the option to return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. All products returned must be in unused condition and in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Procedure for Returns

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our customer service team at sales@invoguefit.com to secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you’ve obtained an RMA number, please package the item securely in its original packaging and dispatch your return to the following address:

Reimbursement Procedure
Upon receipt and after assessing the condition of your item, we will issue a refund to the credit / debit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.

брала на зріст 174, цілком нормально підійшло, і рукава в довжині добрі. за рахунок підкладки в ній не так холодно, але на вітряну погоду краще одягайте більше шарів одягу)) в співвідношенні ціни та якості куртка ХОРОША.

I’m 5’9”. I normally wear a US XL. This XXXL fits me perfectly in the shoulders and chest. The hood isn’t usable as sent, since the Velcro isn’t sown correctly: both strips are the “soft” side without the corresponding “hook” side. I know I can get the correct strips and attach one on each end shown in the second picture. I’m definitely satisfied with the coat, but having to buy materials to fix a new coat and needing to repair it to make it winter ready isn’t a rousing indication of quality control…
