Returns & Refunds

Product Returns

In case your purchase doesn’t meet your satisfaction for any reason, you have the option to return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. All products returned must be in unused condition and in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Procedure for Returns

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our customer service team at sales@invoguefit.com to secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you’ve obtained an RMA number, please package the item securely in its original packaging and dispatch your return to the following address:

Сумка выше всех похвал! Доставка в СПб за 14 дней . Сумка очень хорошо упакована. Качество отличное, как и все товары этой фирмы. Сумка небольшая но довольно вместительная iPad mini помещается спокойно и остаётся ещё куча места. Материалы приятные на ощупь и на взгляд. Основной отдел открывается очень удобно. Рекомендую товар к покупке как для себя , так и в подарок !

Produto é simplesmente SENSACIONAL! Sou fã da Pgytech a algum tempo. Tenho mochila, tripé, acessórios, etc. Todos os itens que adquiri possuem uma qualidade diferenciada. O material dessa bolsa é otima, com diversos compartimentos. Fantástica para o dia a dia. Para trazer equipamentos leves e compactos como por exemplo para VLOG. Recomendo muito!

I think for the price it’s a good sling bag. My plan was to use with two cameras (one analog Leica M camera and a pancake lens + one Fujifilm X-E digital) but that much of equipment. My setup for now is: 1 Leica M body + 35mm lens + 90mm lens + some accessories. For that is enough (1 mirrorless body + 2 small lenses).
