Returns & Refunds

Product Returns

In case your purchase doesn’t meet your satisfaction for any reason, you have the option to return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. All products returned must be in unused condition and in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Procedure for Returns

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our customer service team at sales@invoguefit.com to secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you’ve obtained an RMA number, please package the item securely in its original packaging and dispatch your return to the following address:

Reimbursement Procedure
Upon receipt and after assessing the condition of your item, we will issue a refund to the credit / debit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.

Please allow a minimum of seven (7) days from when we receive your item for your refund to be processed. Your credit card company may require 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. We will send you an email notification once we have processed your refund.

This dress was a dream!! It was exactly as described/pictured. I loved the glitter layer and I took photos with the cape on & off and also some with the included detachable sleeves. The package was shipped securely and arrived in a timely manner.

I am totally in love with this dress!! Very comfortable and the right size. I got extra small. I have a petite body so I always go for the smallest one to get it as tight as possible to my skin. I loved it!!!
