    Product Returns

    In case your purchase doesn’t meet your satisfaction for any reason, you have the option to return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. All products returned must be in unused condition and in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

    Procedure for Returns

    To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our customer service team at sales@invoguefit.com to secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you’ve obtained an RMA number, please package the item securely in its original packaging and dispatch your return to the following address:

    It is essential that all customers obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us prior to dispatching any returns. We cannot take responsibility for any returned item(s) that we were not informed about in advance.

    Reimbursement Procedure
    Upon receipt and after assessing the condition of your item, we will issue a refund to the credit / debit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.

    Please allow a minimum of seven (7) days from when we receive your item for your refund to be processed. Your credit card company may require 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. We will send you an email notification once we have processed your refund.

      진짜 너무너무 좋아요! 리본 봉제선까지 퀄리티있고 밑판까지 있어서 모양이 잘 안 흐트러집니다! 아이패드 에어4 11인치 넉넉히 들어가고 가로로 좀 더 넓은 키보드도 무리 없이 쏙 들어가요! 보이는 것 보다 내부가 커서 보부상도 만족!!ㅎㅎ 다만 카키가 그린인 줄 알고 주문했는데 베이지였던거…. 흑흑. 그래도 아주아주 예뻐용. 리뷰 보면 복불복 좀 있는 듯 한데 걱정되면 걍 두개 주문하고 하나 반품하면 될 듯. 추석 전 주에 주문했는데 끝나고 바로 옴!

      I do aware the size of the bag would be quite small for what I’m looking for initially but the actual product is high quality nylon with inner pad inside, very durable and cute. The ribbons also adjustable for tightening the two front pockets.
