Returns & Refunds

Product Returns

In case your purchase doesn’t meet your satisfaction for any reason, you have the option to return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. All products returned must be in unused condition and in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Procedure for Returns

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our customer service team at sales@invoguefit.com to secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you’ve obtained an RMA number, please package the item securely in its original packaging and dispatch your return to the following address:

Reimbursement Procedure

Заказывала мужу для дачи, 43 размер подошел на российский 41, но в подъеме очень туго (Это конечно индивидуальные особенности, но у кого высокий подъем, лучше выбирать другую модель) К качеству никаких нареканий нет.
