Returns & Refunds

Product Returns

In case your purchase doesn’t meet your satisfaction for any reason, you have the option to return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. All products returned must be in unused condition and in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Procedure for Returns

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our customer service team at sales@invoguefit.com to secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you’ve obtained an RMA number, please package the item securely in its original packaging and dispatch your return to the following address:

Reimbursement Procedure
Upon receipt and after assessing the condition of your item, we will issue a refund to the credit / debit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.

Please allow a minimum of seven (7) days from when we receive your item for your refund to be processed. Your credit card company may require 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. We will send you an email notification once we have processed your refund.

The material feels great and it matches the description shown. Only thing is that it’s a bit baggy on me as I had to order a bigger size due to my body type.

The print is kind of blurry, and the hems are stitched with a basic run, so there’s a risk of the material tearing (pants especially) if you stretch it too far.

Other than those, I’m pretty satisfied with it! Of course, you get what you pay for and it passes in my opinion!

Спасибо за отличный товар и быструю доставку. Размер подошел. Брала на рост 178, размер 180. У меня длинные ноги, и брюки всегда короткие. Эти по длине подошли прекрасно, с запасом как надо. Полная свобода движений. Ткань тоненькая, будет не жарко.

Костюм подошел но выглядит несколько дешевле чем на фотографии. Но всё равно это намного лучше чем пошить самому не профессионально. Фото пока не могу скинуть обувь ещё не пришла.
