Refund and Returns Policy

Product Returns

In case your purchase doesn’t meet your satisfaction for any reason, you have the option to return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. All products returned must be in unused condition and in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Procedure for Returns

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our customer service team at sales@invoguefit.com to secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you’ve obtained an RMA number, please package the item securely in its original packaging and dispatch your return to the following address:

Take note, all return shipping charges are your responsibility. We highly suggest using a traceable mailing service for your return.

It is essential that all customers obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us prior to dispatching any returns. We cannot take responsibility for any returned item(s) that we were not informed about in advance.

Reimbursement Procedure
Upon receipt and after assessing the condition of your item, we will issue a refund to the credit / debit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.

Please allow a minimum of seven (7) days from when we receive your item for your refund to be processed. Your credit card company may require 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. We will send you an email notification once we have processed your refund.

Exceptions

In case an item is received in a damaged or defective state, we request you to contact us within 30 days of the delivery to organize a refund or exchange without the need to physically return the item.

We request you provide us with the following:

1. Pictures of both the front and back of the packaging box;
2. An image, video, or screenshot demonstrating the defect in the item or a defective part of the package.

Our customer service team will communicate with you to arrange a refund or re-shipment without the need for a physical return of the item.

Warranty and Repair Services

In case any item bought from us is found defective within 6 months of receipt, you are entitled to a repair under warranty. We request you to provide us with evidence in the form of photos or videos demonstrating the defect. After our Customer Service team acknowledges the issue, you may return the items to us for repair.

Please note: We do not cover the cost of return fees in warranty and repair services.

Cancellation of Orders

You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel an order within 24 hours from payment confirmation. Cancellation after 24 hours is still possible provided that the order has not been dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify it. If you still desire a refund after dispatch, you will need to return the item upon its arrival.
